Theres a dood from Thailand (yes Thailand) that had a boosted Y8 with 1st gen Supra pistons (forged), B16 rods (they're thicker than D16 rods) and I think a blockguard boosting about 1.5 bar. (About 20psi?) He had a Link engine management.
He posts on H-T with the SN turbopanda. He sells the piston/rod combo for bout 500 US.
