Are your revs high enough? Sounds like a "learning how to manually shift" jerk. How old is the clutch?

Or correct gear selection?

Na I wouldnt think it would be learning how to shift I have been driving manual for a while now. I usually let it rev up to 6 g's before I shift to a higher gear then thats when it jerks.

I don't think it has anything to do with your spark plugs....you prolly just aren't rev matching/you are letting the rpm's drop way to much before you let out the clutch

You simply just need more experience driving a manual, thats all.
