Hey guys i went to a muffler shop yesterday and i asked what can i do to quite my exhuast and he said i could take my my resonator off and put a glass pack instead so from the cat i would have a glass pack and then a magna flow muffler Have any of you guys heard what a glass pack along wiht another muffler sound like?? Im getting it done on fri

 

hmmm. no, ive seen hillbillys do it on there chevy trucks and pieces of shit, but not on a honda. shouldnt sound bad though

 

problem with glasspacks is that over time the glass beads break and then its just a piece of straight pipe.

do it right, if its too lound, find a muffler with more baffling.

 

Im still going to have my magna flow muffler but i wanted to quite that down so im putting a glass pack before the muffler so it acts like 2 mufflers I guess

 

Many people do this. I think the new "Cherry Bomb" glass packs are being used. They are new and improved. Well that's what I heard..
