Default ractive mt602

I have a 1997 honda civic EX automatic with stock engine except for short ram air intake and i'm thinking of getting a ractive mt602 exaust.

Would anyone with a similar setup be able to tell me what they think if that exaust, how loud it might me on normal city driving and such.

Thanks for any info

Thanks, but is that due to build quality, sound or something else, looking for specifics and such.

Essencially looking for something that looks decent, isn't too loud unless i rev the engine up and has a low rumble type sound insrtead of a highpitched scream

Save your money and buy something more reputable such as Apexi Greddy or Skunk2, you'll be much happier with the results. And from what everone says the Apexi World Sport is very quiet but loud at WOT. (mine is on the way:thumbup: ) I'll let you know how it sounds once i get the 10 stitches out of my hand and install it

Cool, thanks for the info, was looking at the apexi site and realized one thing, mine is the canadian version of the EX, i think it's equivalent to the american DX, not sure about that though.

Wonder if i'd get the same results???

Btw, good luck with the hand dude, hope it heals fast

ractive is just poor quality. its not horrible, but its definetly not good. their exhaust are loud and sound like crap.

my advice: if you're going to spend the money, get something good. i say apexi.

i've got the greddy evo for my EX, i dont regret getting it, great sound, not too loud or farty, sometimes it even sounds like its not there at certain rpms when im driving. plus i like the offset tip, tucks the muffler up a lil more for clearing those damn speed bumps.
