void this comment.. copper spray is for head gaskets.. not valve cover gaskets.

I use hondabond on the corners and cam cap areas even with a new valve gasket. Just for good measure.

for some reason I have found honda bond works better than regular RTV black...I mite be placebo'ing, but I even use hondabond on my subaru h:

Just reuse the gasket untill it becomes hard and non rubber like. If you are going to use a gasket sealer stay away from the silicone stuff as that stuff is not safe for sensors and can clog stuff if you use to much. If you are going to use gasket sealer of any brand use it sparingly.
