there are so many brands/choices it's silly. If you have the 2dr coupe you could be looking for anything made for the U.S. EX model with d16y8 engine, and actually most of that also fits the 92-95 coupe EX models with the d16z6 engine.
If you want to pass emissions inspection you will need a factory or factory-replacement type converter, most 'high flow' models will probably fail you. I don't know which headers have proven to make most power with sohc, I think they are all fairly close. I have used stainless ones from Ebay before that I thought were pretty good. There's a million catbacks, I hardly know where to start...first figure out how loud or quiet you want it, that narrows the field down a bit.
