I would say the IAC is stuck open how dose your engine like 3000 rpm?

Thanks for the link, I wish I had that a few days ago. I already took off the IACV and cleaned it. The screen was completely black with deposits, so I cleaned it really well with carb cleaner but it didn't help. Right now, the idle speed is set way up and it's sucking in a ton of air but it only idles at about 600 rpm. When I turn of the car it continues to suck in air loudly for a few seconds. If I turn the idle adjustment back to where it should be the car dies.

I also noticed that when I have the AC on the rpms don't go up to compensate and the idle gets really low.

Ya I think we have a bad IAC. To set idle unplug the iac and mess with the air bleed screw till you hit about 600-700 rpm. Plug back in the IAC and it should jump up to 800-900. Also clear the code.

You may also have a vac leak spray break clean all over the intake and vac hoses. Lets say you spray a vac hose and the rpm jumps up that hose is leaking (it sucks in the brake clean and burns it bumping up the idle).
