the integras you will have to modify to fit into the dash and also the wiring, there are a couple of diy on the site, but if you want a tach, just go to a junk yard and get out a cluster from an ex civic 96-00

^ true.

if youre looking to save time find an EX cluster with a tach or step it up a knotch and find a 99-00 civic si cluster! theyre both direct plug ins, no mods.

there is no automatic si
also an si cluster will not have the correct redline for your engine if you are concerned about that at all

just hit up a junkyard and look for a 96-00 manual civic with a tach
its a simple swap over and you can also swap your current mileage over to the new cluster so its accurate as well

there are plenty of diy guides around the web to help you, but its really just a few screws and a couple of plugs, the tach wiring is already in your car so its just plug and play

good luck
