B16A2 with stock tranny?

Am I able to use the stock tranny if i swap in a B16A2 in a 95 Civic?

not unless your stock tranny is from a b series

^ like he said, i think there were never any b series for 95 civics if i'm wrong someone can correct me. only some of the del sols came with b series engine and tranny.

Correct. The only US Civics that came with a B are the 93-97 del Sol VTEC and the 99-00 Si.
