Did it!! All it took was that 3/8" cobalt bit for the drill and some oil on the tip of that bit and it was out in 15 minutes! Pretty much disintegrated the bolt but hey it works now.

The cobalt bit is key, I think, for anyone who runs into this problem again. Hit it for about 5-10 seconds, re-oil, repeat...It worked wonders...
