Default changing headlight bulbs

Can someone tell me how to change my bulbs? I have a 96 civic. on one of them, i pull on the harness, and it comes off without the bulb. on the other, neither come out. So, is the harness supposed to come out without the bulb attached, and I pull the bulb out with my hand? Or is it supposed to come out attached? Am I supposed to turn it while I pull it out? I am a girl, and I am not very strong, but I really just want to know the right strategy for trying to get them out.

The harness clips onto the prongs of the bulb. You press on the sides of the harness while pulling it to get it to become unattached from the bulb.

After you take off the harness, take off the rubber boot.

The bulb is held into the lens with a metal clip. Unattach the clip and the bulb will come out.
