wont start
i just purchased a 95 civic an it wont start i kno it isnt the batt or the altinator i think its the starter when i crank it it i hear it try to start but no sparks go to the plugs an i dnt hear a clicking sound. can you help me plz?

Is there a check engine light on?
When you turn your key to the "On" position, you should be able to hear the fuel pump kick on (behind your rear seat). Can you hear it?
Does it happen all of the time, or is it sporadic?
