Frankly, no.

Besides, the bulbs you're referring to are just a standard halogen bulb with blue coating applied to the glass.
That coating will reduce the overall light output, which is counterproductive.
Don't bother.

Default sorry, I was talking about the headlight assembly

Sorry, I should have clarified. I meant the headlight assembly not the bulbs. they are like regular headlights, but the lens is blue ion. This is what they look like. I have asked a couple people, and one said they are legal for sure, another said it varies per state. ( I live in MA)

Thank you for replying, I hope someone knows....

The legality of the part is a federal isssue.
If the headlights aren't DOT-certified, they aren't legal.

Back when clear corner lamps were the rage for the 94-01 Integra, one manufacturer was shut down because they did not include the side reflector assembly. When the DOT discovered this, they filed an injunction against the distributor.

And again, the lens is coated with a colored tint which will reduce the amount of light you have to work with. Also, I'd bet money that your state vehicle code explicitly states that headlights must be white or near white in color.

If you want the look of HIDs, retrofit a set S2K or TSX projectors and use real HID lamps.
These tinted headlights are Tinkertoy shit; you will fool no one.

Pretty bold statement. Where is your proof?

Blue light sucks ass. Try driving on wet roads at night with blue headlights.

Show me where these fabled headlamps are certified by the DOT.
Show me where the MA Vehicle Code is mute on the color of headlamps or states that blue is acceptable.

Do those two things and I'll concede.
But since you can barely put two sentences together, I doubt you'll manage.

Basic science tells you that these tinted lens headlamps are a mediocre solution. And when it comes to usable light output, they are not a substitute for real HIDs.
