I have a set of tokico blues, not sure if they're blown or not, if I push the shaft it, they're is some resistance, but then it takes 10 seconds to get back to the top, and you can also hear a squishy fluid sound when it comes out
I dont wanna send them out for warranty if thats how they're supposed to be, since i heard it takes like 8 weeks to get them back
any input is appreciated

 

If the shock rods come up slowly then they aren't blown. They're shocks, not struts.
