Bad Gas Mileage!!!! why?

Even though you have an intake, you should still have an air filter on it. Make sure it has been properly cleaned (& oiled if a K&N).

HAHA its a cold air intake so where do u want me to put the air filter LOL!!. i just filled up my tank and put the injector cleaner and now i just had to wait and see how much i get.

usually the airfilter is at the bottom where it sucks in the air to go to the intake manifold....it looks like it just disappears, but you'll magically see it when you take off your fender.

you think your mileage is bad?

i just finished a 180mi drive and figured my mileage out to 16-17mpg! :eek3:

but i had my car loaded down and i was doing a constant 80-90mph.

wow i just finished my full tank of gas and i added the injector cleaner and i got 3 more miles to the gallon. So i got 28 mpg LMAO We'll at least its something from 25 mpg to 28 mpg. still not 30+

I average between 34-37mpg per tank. I just do normal driving. I shift at about 2500rpms during normal driving, stay around 70mph on the Interstate and don't run the shit out of it and I do fine.
