Is there air pressure blowing out when you take the oil cap off.

If the vapor is excessive, there is a problem. Otherwise, it is normal crankcase pressure caused by the movement of the rotating assembly.

Typically, it is perfectly normal to see a bunch of oily/greasy build up in the intake manifold because vacuum pressure causes those oil vapors to be sucked into the engine and harmlessly burned.

Compression is leaking past the rings somehow into the crankcase causing that pressure. You should perform a leakdown and compression test to see if your rings are the culprit.
