If the vapor is excessive, there is a problem. Otherwise, it is normal crankcase pressure caused by the movement of the rotating assembly.

Typically, it is perfectly normal to see a bunch of oily/greasy build up in the intake manifold because vacuum pressure causes those oil vapors to be sucked into the engine and harmlessly burned.
