Suspension On An EK9
I have a 99 Civic...What should I get suspension wise??? I'm getting H&R Race springs w/ some Tokico's(hp's or illumina's) and probably camber kits in the front and rear..What else??
For the H&R race springs, definitely get the camber kits. They are really low. I would really recommend the upper control arm style of camber kit for the fronts. Skunk2 and OmniPower both make these. I am using the Omni's.
What all are you looking for in other aspects of your suspension? What is your budget?

the best bang per buck is would be to contact collin/adam at weaksauce.org and order yourself the ground controls/koni yellows package, and you can get it with custom spring rates. fully adjustable ride height and damping. for camber kits, i would recommend the skunk2 pro series front and rear camber kit.
it really depends on what are you gonna do with the car, ie autocross, hpde, drag, ect. front/rear sway bars and polyurethane bushings would be good upgrades to look into.

I went with that lowering spring stuff and it was a headache. listen to someone whos done it 3 times, get yourself a dedicated matched coilover shock, like JIC FL series, short throw suspensions are the only way to go low.
jic's are overpriced trashy coilovers. first they are too stiff for the streets and their quality sucks. to the op, im telling you, the groundcontrols/koni yellows will be your best bet. i just installed a set on my friends eg, spring rate 400f/275r, konis set to full soft, the ride is awesome. it was smooth similar to stock. spend a little bit more and do it right the first time and you will thank me later. if i didnt have my tein flex, i would get the gc/koni setup in a heart beat.
For the other stuff, you will most feel a difference with sway bars. I'd get the ASR subframe brace and either the 22mm or 23mm ITR rear sway bar w/ poly bushings if it were me. You typically won't notice a huge difference w/ regular strut braces and lower tie braces.
