yea.. the car did catch the undercoating on fire quite a bit.. but i don't know chit bout the small childrens! lol

ok guys.. i've finished up the cage and re-assembled my interior. It still needs cleaned really bad and needs a few touch ups but heres a few pix as always.

I'll be putting the motor back in by mid week and i will keep everyone posted.

Looking good, i think that would be called a roll bar instead of a cage. I have one question, how did u get the weld all around the top rear bar and how did u paint it?? Hopefully i get my engine built in time for the meet.

I would never let anyone ride int the back of this car.
A. i don't want them screwin with the arm rest.
B. it's not safe with all the bars in there.

Yes, technicly it's still a roll bar, until i decide that i want to put the rest of the bars in. As far as welding the rear bars at the main hoop, the angle that they sit at allows me to get in there, i stuffed cardboard in the top so that i didn't catch the headliner on fire. Same thing with the paint.
