Yes, technicly it's still a roll bar, until i decide that i want to put the rest of the bars in. As far as welding the rear bars at the main hoop, the angle that they sit at allows me to get in there, i stuffed cardboard in the top so that i didn't catch the headliner on fire.
Same thing with the paint.
