Ok guys, i have searched this tread over and over and I am unable to locate pictures of a 6th gen headlight that the housing has been painted the same color scheme as the car, like the maserati or the '06/'07 corvette.

I have found the DIY on how to make this possible but the housing was painted a gunmetel color on the housing of the civic they used.

Any pics posted would be highly appreciated since this will be my next project. I have a '00 civic.

 

use that DIY. you can use any color paint you want, for the many of us that did it, we used some sort of black/gunmetal color.

 

well its a crap pic but here is my headlight
its raining and my car is filthy, but you get the idea
black car, black paint in headlight, its not real exciting but it does match the car
i wouldnt paint the headlight anything besides black/grey/silver though, it would just look out of place to me h:
