im having the same problem but its not every time its just hit or miss... and if i rev up the motor it seems to give power back.. and its a manual 02 civic ex any help???
Ok to answer both of you questions usually surging or loose of power is caused by a slipping clutch or a misfire.So take a look at your ignition system and inspect you clutch system.Do ether of you have a check engine light on.
