Would an cai be better than a SRI?

 

just stick with sri...the 0.001% different it will make is not worth the chance of hydroloc and you'll find that the filter will stay alot cleaner also

 

Search, this has been covered. There are mixed feelings on this.

 

So what kind do you have? Or the majority of guys here?

 

I have an AEM SRI

 

get a whale penis off ebay and buy a k&n or like an akimoto filter. the kind of a waste of money, ur gonna notice the loudness from it more then a performance aspect. its a good first mod, but the money could be saved for something else, like pieces to a turbo kit

INJEN CAI here, it started out as the SRI but i bought the extension piece about 3 years ago. They both seem to be about the same just a slight difference in sound. only reason i like the CAI more is because the engine bay looks cleaner with the filter hidden away behind the front bumper
