Ok so lately I can never get a smooth ride out of first gear or reverse, when ever I let go of the gas on 1st and start gassing again I get a really bad jerking feeling and can never seem to get a smooth cruise for those congested traffic situations and only on 2nd I can but by then I'll be going too slow to get any power out of the gear.

Same problem with reverse when I release the clutch slowly it kicks in real rough and jerks back and forth while going in reverse, which leaves me keeping it in the clutch point causing it to wear down faster. Is it my driving or is it something with the tranny?

 

it's the sending unit for the tranny...have a shop take a look at it. it's either loose or broken.
