i might be going to get a set of fat fives for my sol this weekend, and does anyone think they will fit in my trunk? its all 4 rims, and they have tires on them. i have access to a truck, i just dont like driving that thing.

be creative, you can make them fit, just don't brake anything in the process

I wouldn't risk it and just use the truck.

But if you must use your Sol, put two in the trunk, one on the passenger seat and the other on the passenger floor.

I fit my 2 drag radials in the trunk of my coupe with no problems and they are 24in tall, i lay them down next to each other, if they wern't so wide i could probly fit another one on top of them in the center between the arms of the trunk. You should have no problems getting 3 in the trunk & one on the floor int eh sol. Or even slide the seats forward & stick them in the little space u have behind the seats :dunno:

probably not. even with the GS-R it was trouble fitting 4 mounted 195-55R15's

you'd probably damage something if you were to try and carry them in the car.

:edit:

if you want to take measurements i'd suggest planning on them being 24" wide (they'll proabaly be more like 23.5" but it's better to be safe) you should also plan on them being at least 4-5" wide... this is all with stock tire sizes though.

You could also take out the passenger seat just to transport them. I've done that before. it's only 4 bolts holding the seat down. I was getting 4 tires taken off 4 wheels to put on another set of wheels that had tires on them

i would use the truck to pick up the wheels because my opinon i would use the truck so that nothing on my car get damaged during transporting the wheels
