probably not. even with the GS-R it was trouble fitting 4 mounted 195-55R15's

you'd probably damage something if you were to try and carry them in the car.

if you want to take measurements i'd suggest planning on them being 24" wide (they'll proabaly be more like 23.5" but it's better to be safe) you should also plan on them being at least 4-5" wide... this is all with stock tire sizes though.
