took a quick pic of the front of the car
car needs a good wash/clay/wax as soon as spring actually comes but until then its just going to stay dirty
install was a cakewalk, except for the damn plug under the dash in the footwell, that thing is impossible to actually see, you have to feel it out
as soon as i got everything setup and went to aim them one of my headlights blew
so i had another one sitting around that was mismatched
then yesterday that one blew
so tomorrow i am going to pick up a fresh matching set
probably going with silverstars unless someone else has ideas, the last set lasted about 2 years and the light output was far better than stock, but they are kind of spendy for some damn lightbulbs

i found the sylvania cool blue to be just the same as the silverstars when i had one silverstar and one cool blue in my civic. plus the cool blue was 10 for a pair compared to something like 35-40 for the silverstars

it may have been my own fault, getting them greasy or something, but i wasnt impressed
i replaced them with silverstars and they lasted about 2 years
then i blew a silvestar, put back in my old cool blue i had left over, it blew within a few weeks, just put in an old stock one
now its one silverstar and one stock, quite a contrast really
i did notice only a slight difference between cool blue and silverstar when they were both in, but the cool blue just didnt seem to last very long :dunno:

my cool blue has lasted for over a year now, i just cant justify spending close to 40 for a pair of halogens for only a slight improvment, so the cool blues work for me.
if i had the time or money, id do an HID retrofit so dont have to deal with halogens heh
car lookin good with the square yellows fogs though

For me it's more about the color... the squares might look more oem, in clear at least, but not as sleek. Just my taste, to each his own.
This is off topic (not exactly a shock coming from me) but where'd you get the red-backed emblem?
