i live in out in the country and need decent lighting
i have had $25 cheap fogs for about 6 months and they did a great job, but now the wiring is freaking out on me and I dont have the patience to figure it all out
so now its time for oem style and fitment ones
what do people prefer

I would buy from weksos but they are on holiday for the next month and its $25 more so looks like passwordjdm instead

i know i dont have much pull around here cause i really dont post much, although i do read (and learn AND search ) alot. but for the sake of anothers opinion, id say go with the squares. ive been wanting to upgrade my cheap $30 fog lights for those for a lil while now. Just need some cash and a lack of bills.

i keep going back and forth on the square ones
i have only seen a few pics of them actually on cars, never in person
they look really nice in some pics, and look really awkward in others
i would like to see what the round ones look like on the car but havent ever seen a pic anywhere of them mounted
they look similar to the dc ones though, but maybe a little bigger?

also any ideas if light output is different between the two?

the cheap fogs helped quite a bit for driving in the country, i can only hope the oem ones are even better, at least it will look cleaner and the switch inside will be perfect fitment although i mounted a nice little switch and led for the cheap ones that worked pretty well

I've seen a few cars with the square fog lights, both clear and yellow, and I have to say that both look pretty good in person, cept I favor the yellow more. I have yet to see any car with the round lights though.

As far as the output of each, I honestly can't say. My only guess is that the output would be similar but I have nothing to base that on except pure guessing. I cant imagine either of the ones you're thinking about getting performing worse then the cheap ones you have now.

Just go with what youre feeling the most. But if you're truley in a bind, just buy me the square lights and I'll tell you how they are!

saw some round oem fogs on an integra yesterday :down:
also saw a pic of square ones on a black civic :goodjob:

so order has just been placed
i cant wait to be able to see the damn roads again
also just cleared up my yellowed scratched up headlights
