integra leather isn't that great of quality, honestly.

stick with cloth integra seats, I paid $50 each for my fronts.

if you have a little more money to spend, some nice 16's will tremendously improve your look. and after that, 1-2 inch drop with some kyb's and some eibachs or teins.

you could probably get a used CAI for about $50. Get a lip kit and grill for about $150 or so.
