Generally, with mixed driving 50-50 Local/highway, I get like 300 a tank. If its all highway, I get over 400 (consistantly 39 mpg). Oh, and I have an auto.

 

Well people rant and rave about how great the "Civic" is, but I have yet to see it. My gas milege sucs, and i feel as if i'm at the gas station every other day. I brought it back to the dealer and they said it was "Normal" , how do I really know what's "normal"?? Anybody have any ideas??

70/30 highway/local respectively

 

I average around 27-29 mpg with i/h/e and plenty of vtec'n....

 

i drive mostly city...probably 10% highway on the weekends....this tank i should be hitting over 30mpg....oh yeah i got I/H/E 2.25 piping.

 

On my 93 civic lx auto, with I/H/E, I get 350-370 miles or 32/mpg.

 

LX's are ULEV... i don't know about the older ones... but my 93 ex gets about 27-29 mixed.... i'm glad i'm not the only one... i never get more than 30 typically cuz i drive fast on road trips so i kind aget worse gas mileage
