Hey people, this is a challenge..i have a 4 door dx automatic. He show side looks great but the speed side isn't goin to well.. right now i just have intake and exhuast. i'm not sure what i can do to make this car fast. i have a post up for a 5 speed tranny conversion right now but i want to know if there is any other way i can make my car any faster. i was thinking of over-hauling the engnie, get a v-tec head and put some cams and stuff in it and see how it goes cuz the car has a rack load of miles (170,000 miles), thanks to the privious owner. I'm hopeing it doesn't die out on me. well let me know what you think. thanks

dun waste ur time and money swappin a 5spd tranny to the dx, might as well drop the entire engine and auto tranny and drop a b-series in with a 5spd so u can do it all in one shot. dun even waste ur time tryin to build that dx up with cams and crap, aint worth it with all the miles and such. so save up, drive the slomatic for a bit, then when ur ready hit us up with swappin questions and we will guide ur thru. :thumbup:
