Use the torch, or take it to a tire shop and have them do it. That happened on a friends integra, and we f-ed with it for 2 hours. We took it to a shop, and they had it out in 15 mins.

 

i got my ground controls on already, i didnt take the control arm off, i jsut took out the one bolt and loosened the other and let it swing down, that was rather easy. i am ordering my shocks today, i just wanted to know if there was a way to do it before i tried it myself. i think i will attempt the torch, if that doesnt work, ill go to a shop. thanx for all the suggestions.
