i ask for CONSTRUCTIVE critism and all i get is crap, that's why i never usually post here, and i just lurk looking for info.


maybe you guys just dont like it, everyone i know likes my car lots, and they have plenty nicer cars than me.

 

that $100 could of went to something useful...such as springs to make the car handle better and look aesthetically more pleasing. If the wing pleases you, thats all that matters.

all the springs i even see got for over that, that's why i havnt got'em yet

 

looks is all subjective. do it b/c u like it...not b/c other people do or dont.


it just so happens this board has more people that are into a simpler look.

 

also, my wing is incredibly light, and has actually helped me like on the highway, my car used to be all over the place

my other car is gonna have the more stock look, but im gonna do all the engine stuff to it, semi-sleeper style

i kid you not, it's very light, and has helped, i was surprised at first too

i was looking into the kyb agx adjustable shocks w/ ground control coil-overs

 

need as much downforce you can get to hold the rear wheel from spinning loose on ya.

 

Damn, all I know is there are a lot of people hating over here. I would like to see how all of you started out and what you have done tacky to your rides before. All I know is I kinda like the idea of being a little different and doing that black accent type thing. He has the black handles and side door bumpers and the back plate piece is black. So a black spoiler isn't bad, I kinda don't like the ends of the spoiler. But the black idea that you was discribing sounds cool......just take everything that is black off and give it a gloss coat of black (it will look a little better). Don't mind the tac being where it is, I always liked old school style anyway (or should I say big block US engine style). Cause in my area it is hard to get an ex cluster for that car. Go for the suspension first then rims.

If it was my car when I bought it the first thing I would have done is paint the handles and other pieces white. But its not my car and yours, do what you want and I think its pretty cool for a dx. I don't know about everyone actiing like this cause forums are here to talk and help each other, not to rag on peeps. You don't see him raggin on you. Nice ride brak, don't get discouraged.
