yea, haha, maybe it does help though think of that?

all the touring car races i see, every car has one of those, and all the cars are civics, tegs, and similar sport compacts, and it's a race on pavement

i was looking into the kyb agx adjustable shocks w/ ground control coil-overs

Your car doesnt go fast enough to have downforce push on that wing. I doubt that wing helps you with anything if anything at all.

Ground Control and AGX will run u close to 4-500 for the whole setup.

thats cus they're trying to keep all four tires planted when taking turns fast. I dont think you should be comparing your car to a race car.

ALL the civics, integras, accords, etc. etc. you see in touring, and N1 races are race prepped. That means major weight reduction. No interior, no tar, nothing....just chassis, suspension, motor, seat, and driver. The wing helps b/c the cars they run are super light. Going at speeds of 150-180 mph can be dangerous without downforce on a 1-1200 lb. car.

You are in a 2400+ lb car with full interior and safety features. Your top speed is probably 120 even if you tried and if you even try to go that fast at long periods of time. You dont need downforce at local highway speeds of 60-80.

Just out of curiosity, how can you afford two cars? I don't understand how someone without a job could possibly afford to mod two cars. Couldn't you just sell the civic and use the money from that to work on the teggy? That would seem to be a more rational idea.

the teg only cost me $500, and i figured to spend $500 on sumthing wit a B-series already, than to spend way more to get a b-series into my civic

that $500 was saved for a long time

and i also havent put anymore more $$ into the teg for mods yet, i will after i get a new job, so i can get big $$ parts
