I have a 1998 honda civic EX and keep getting cd error code 01 on it and it is aggravating the crap out of me? I don't have my manual cause my car was used but I was wondering if I could fix it or if there is some kind of reset button I could push to get the damn thing to work again. any help would be wonderful thanks for your help guys.

Most likely the CD player is just going bad... Either it can't read the disk or the lens that reads them is just bad... :hs: You can't really reset a thing like that...
