fuses, connection to the main switch, connection at the drivers door, connection/s to the fusebox, connection inside the cabin. one of those is your problem.

on my 96 lx, my windows went out. turnes out the main harness that runs from the master window control throught the door was getting old and wires seperated, causing my windows to go out.
