Default 92 civic rough idle and unable to take off smoothly!!!! HELP

I recently had the transmission changed in my 1992 civic hatchback. The car shifts fine and everything, however it has a high/rough idle around 1,500rpm. The car also is unable to take off smoothly and jerks real bad like it is ready to stall out. Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?? I changed the FITV recently as well, and cleaned the IACV. Thanks

WHo done the transmission? could it be that they removed trans fluid and never completely filled back up. Does it do it all the time when you try to take off?

A shop, they filled it up all the way. Yeah, all the time, but only in 1st and 2nd gear.

I just re-cleaned the IACV, I still have the problem, could it be that I need a new IACV all together??

If the pics are yours then it looks like a manual to me. This could be the 'problem':

(clutch pic)
6-puck clutches have a tendency to make the car shudder in first and second; at least, mine did, but it was unsprung.

That clutch from what I've read will cause a lot of stutter. One user claimed to have shaken baby syndrome from it. The good news is they say it holds up well.

um, is there a reason your running a 6 puck in a stock engine?
