I got the 50 trim with .63 turbine and there is a bit of lag but when the thing hits boost really throws ya back. For the B that you have i would get a 57 or 60 trim. whether you get the .63 or the .48 turbine really depends on your overall power goals, the .48 is gonna choke before redline, the .63 should hold strong to redline and make more power over all, with only a little bit more lag

The T28 was a .64 .60. It didn't have much lag at all but it was ball bearing. It pulled past the 7k that the T3 super 60 maxed out at.

yjis is just a b16 right? i think a 60/63 might be a lil big on a b16. i would seriously look into a 60/57. it will have a quicker spool on ur smaller motor and also, u have shorter gears. ull run thru them very quick with that tranny. u will spool late, probably not full spool until around 6 with the 60/63 and ur gonna have to shift asap. no time for boost top end. id say a lil smaller, but thats my opinion

I friend has built D16 (stock head) running a 57trim with 63 turbine, he sees full boost (24 psi) by 5200. Im pretty sure that with a b16 it should be able to spool a 60/63 for roughly the same times

The .64/.60 hit full spool at around 4000, granted that was ball bearing but it shouldn't offset that more with a journal bearing. Probably 5000. Also I'm tossing around the idea of a LS/VTEC during the winter. That and I already ordered the turbo.
