coolant lines? vacume lines?

coolant lines? vacume lines?
I had a d16y7 to start off with until it threw a rod and put a hole a size of a cantalope through the front and rear of my engine. Now I cannot figure out these coolant or vacume lines.

Alright there is a tube going from the coolant collective line in the rear of the block to the iacv, then to the iacv to the tb. Then there is a hose is cut off, but you would think there would only be 2 knobs for the t/b. There is a 3rd running behind the block. In the pic you can see the metal housing and a tube coming from it on the bottom right hand of the t/b. I have no idea where that is running. So the cut tube on top goes where? Also I thought it would go to the intake mani but there is a tube going from the intake mani to the thermostat. Please help lol
also the tube i am talking about is on top of the t/b.
