I would recommend ITR or CTR cams. The higher lift and duration will make more power than B16 cams, but won't have excessive overlap that would require it to be tuned out with cam gears. More power could be made with cam gears, but they won't be a necessity.

Turbo motors don't need huge cams to make awesome power. 700 whp + has been made with a bone stock B16 head, so unless you are trying to push some extra power out of a turbo pushed to the brink of it's efficiency, stock cams are more than enough.

Don't beefy cams need high compression?

Only difference between b16 cams and gsr cams is a little duration, which isn't going to do a FI setup any good.

I would run stock cams and see how your powerband looks before buying new cams. Odds are, the stock profile is pretty close to what you're looking for anyway. If you don't have the stock cams, I'd find a set of used CTR/ITR cams.

My buddy just basic tuned his car to 14 psi and he is at 360whp. Stock b16a2 in a em1. HE will be getting a high boost tune soon so he is around 420whp.

I had no idea that it made THAT much of a difference. Just imagine properly tuned ITR cams over the GSR cams. I have seen over 100 whp gains on very high HP motors just by switching from B16 cams to ITR cams.
