ebay taillights will not fit (help)

I recently got JDM LED eBay lights for my 04 and had them installed (no, not just for that)...the guy said there was some slight issue with perfect fitting but they look about 99% to me 
So not all eBay stuff is bad.

Chances are, they may be for a hatchback instead.
I would file a complaint with eBay or PayPal if the seller does not reply.
No surprise that I actually like those tail lights. If I still had my Civic, I'd probably get them
Bad play on the marketing though.
