Default Civic Swap nightmare, need help!!!

Hey guys whats up, I got a major issue with a civic.. ma and my friend Albert got this 90 hatch and took everything out of the 90 integra and did the swap, down to 4 wheel disc brakes and full integra suspension.. But there is a problem with the swap, we have no tachometer on it now, but I'm guessing, around 3500-4000 rpm's it cuts out and if U let off the gas, it comes back on again, but if U get back in it, it cuts off again, like a rev limiter.. I followed all the instructions that I got from this one web site that showed the wireing and all that good stuff, but I have a code 14 and that rev limiter issue, we just can't get the damn car to run.. It starts and dies if U don't put Ur foot on the gas and it woun't idle either, any suggesions as to what went wrong?:dunno: :dunno:

I forgot the name of the site but if U type in civic swap info U'll get a few of them, one has the dpfi 2 mpfi chart with the wireing diagram and full detailled pictures.. The code that I'm getting is for the idle control valve, but how does that affect the accelleration curve?
