i dont hear the VTEC

Default i dont hear the VTEC

well guys one mopre time in here my car is an SI 2000 and i suppost to feel the VTEC at 5200 rpms im right????? well tonight i was driving back home and i was steping on the gas pedal but from nowhere i step and when i reach 5000 rpms my car star to go like ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh and i dontknow what is wrong with it ??????????????? i feels like the vtec is no working .... these will sound stupid but gas has something to do with these im in empty right now i would b that or something else .......

it doesnt look goog to me

I think YOU need the English lesson. As long as you understand what they're saying, stay on topic.

I think you first need to determin what the CEL code is. Find out by going here, if not finding someone that can check it for you. Since you did a swap, there could be a number of reasons why your CEL is glowing. :hs:

VTEC on the EM1's kick in at 5800rpms.

my tank was almost empty (on the red marker), a few days ago, and i heard a difference in the sound as well. But I have a CAI and a huge exhaust, besides a VTEC. The next morning it seemed like it was back to normal.

no way! you have a VTEC on there?

well after i did my mini-me swap there was a CEL, and it ended being that the PIN to the vtec wire on the ecu was popping out and i just had to push it back in...and everything was happy. So check the pin on the ecu, after you determine what the CEL is.

You shouldn't even feel vtec engage :dunno: It's suppose to be a smooth transition

Besides it's a B16.... Which accounts for why you can't feel it h:










Other than that, check your oil

EDIT: You did a swap? From what to what?

WELL SO YOUR TELL ME THAT THE OIL LEVEL HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE VTEC
