Most / all people here at HAN much prefer that stock / sleeper look. They feel any exterior modifications take away from the car. So no matter how many post come after this telling you not to do it and don't touch the exterior, just remember that it is your car and do to it what you want. Make it look how you want, you drive it not them.

Do what you want but understand that a true wide body kit is going to be an exspensive install, also youll need bigger wheels, and tires so it doesnt look as rediculous. So basicly if this is something you want be prepaired to lay down ATLEAST 1500 bucks, and that is the bare minimum.

Heh. I just won 3 out of 4 categories in a car show this past weekend of 50 participants with a 100% stock body'd car. Stock wheels even... from a cheaper non-turbo model... 2 years in a row I've won King of Bling. Apparently even the judges liked it better than all the cars that turned out with body kits. Whee. I'm entitled to brag. I'm the ****er with the trophies. :P

But in reference to the widebody kit... you'd better have already bought/modified/upgraded/polished everything else on that car... to make enough torque and traction... to need wider wheels and tires... or the body kit will be non-functional making your car the textbook definition of rice. The average cheap paint job is still over $1500 in addition to the kit and installation. There are so many better things to spend your money on, like college, or a closet full of bitchin' threads which will be far more effective with the ladies.

A friend of mine got a widebody kit put on his LS Integra and it started pealing and chunking off after a month. Be prepared to spend money repairing the damages from normal driving with that kit.
