i need some help asap!
im not sure whats wrong, but my car, it has low vac. and it's around 10hg., when i tried to time it w/ a timming light i couldnt get the mark on center when i advanced the timming the mark got a little closer but not on. the car also has bad throttle response and when i tried to drive the car i would give it a little gas and it would only move so fast (slow)
No CELs are on except for 02 sensor this is for b16

 

sounds like a bad dizzy or a really off one

 

really you think a dizzy could cause that
