Default i need a advice

i have a civic si 2000,well the red line start A 8000 RPM, and i would like to know if i shift the car a 7500 close to the 8000 RPM , i will get my car fuck? and if anyone knos whats the best RPMs to shift the car
new with a car soch vtec B16a2 i dont know that much bout this kind of engines please give some advice.

The tach has an indicated redline of 8000 rpms. However, the actual redline and fuel cut occurs at approximately 8200. You can shift right when the needle hits 8000 or you can hold it out just a little longer. You will not damage the engine by shifting that high in the rpm range.

:werd: With proper maintenance... Beating on an engine from time to time is actually good for it IMHO h:

deffidently wont hurt your car if you beat on it time to time like he said with proper maintence it isnt bad, and shift around 8,000 RPM's and youo will be good to go.....
