Default Big brains only, A/C intemittant problem

Ok, Big brains. Here is the problem.

A/C keeps popping the 20amp condensor fan fuse. I replaced the fan assy, and still have the same problem. I had some gages hooked up and the system is full and cools fine when it is running. The problem is when the condensor fan quits running the pressure goes up and it loads up the compressor. If you turn on the A/C the condensor fan should run all the time. That is my problem, it intermittantly shuts off and the pressure goes up. I am going to replace the condensor fan relay, although I swapped it with another relay from another system and the problem still persists.
My question is this
1. Anybody heard of intermittant condensor fan problems?

2. How about relay or circuit problems? Do these relays under the hood have a history?

3. I guess it is possible the compressor clutch could be bad and drawing to much juice, but sometimes it works for days before it pops the fuse.

I know this is a tough one, but I know there are some big brains out there that know electrical and know their sh*t.

Thanks guys for any help
