Easiest and cheapest way would be turbo. Peice together a kit peice by peice and get a real good tune and you should have your goal. If you get a good tune then you shouldnt need to replace your internals.

Yes, go spray. It's cheap and easy. If used properly, you'll never have to worry about your motor.
