hi guys i was just wondering if eagle h beam rods could work with my type r pistons do they have to press in or what

soooo i have to buy after market pistons or just get different wrist pins

You have to buy aftermarket pistons that use a floating wrist pin.

Pistons will usually fail before the rods will, so it would be foolish to upgrade the rods but install crappy cast pistons on them.
