How much u think it would cost to get my 1.6L SOHC VTEC bored out, port and polished and get the bottom end built and stuff? Would it be cheaper than doin a swap, and how much horsepower would I expect to gain? just wondering if swapping is really worth it. And what are some other ways to add cheap power to this engine, already have 4-2-1 DC Sports Headers, A'PEXi full exhaust from headers back/high flow cat/resonator/N1 Muffler, AEM Cold Air Intake, Konig 17" powder coat white rims/lowered w/ full Eibach suspension...anyone got any ideas? in college and short on money right now

 

you'd be better off buying a greddy turbo kit or a used one and pay about the same amount and still make more power D-series and B16's aren't good platforms for all motor.
